The world’s largest coast redwood by volume, the 320-feet tall, 26 feet in diameter Lost Monarch can be found in the Grove of Titans, a legendary stand of ancient conifers in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. Here, amid lush ferns and densely matted epiphytes, Lost Monarch reigns over some of the world’s largest trees.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark Amber.
Nose: Vibrant, earthy, mint chocolate ice cream.
Palate: Warm spices, dried apricot, white pepper finish.

The palate is smoothly textured but with plenty of bite, supple flavor integration, hints of milk chocolate and a bakery note of almond paste. Water tames its wilder side, bringing out black pepper, a hint of licorice, and more chocolate.
