We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
To return your product, you need to mail your product to: 11 Hill End Road Doonside NSW 2767.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Russell’s Reserve 10 Year Old Bourbon (old packaging) represents the original presentation of this classic small-batch Kentucky whiskey, before the brand’s label redesign introduced a more modern, rustic look. Earlier bottles featured a simpler, more traditional label style, focusing less on branding elements like the oak tree emblem and family signatures that were later added to highlight the Russell family legacy.
Crafted by Jimmy and Eddie Russell at the Wild Turkey distillery, this bourbon is aged for a full decade in heavily charred American oak barrels, developing a rich amber colour and a mature, well-rounded profile. On the nose, it delivers notes of vanilla, caramel, citrus, and soft oak, while the palate offers layers of toffee, spice, and creamy vanilla with a balanced oak influence.
The finish is smooth and warming, with lingering sweetness and gentle spice, making it an easy-drinking yet characterful bourbon.
The old packaging has become particularly appealing to collectors and enthusiasts, as it reflects an earlier era of the brand while containing the same consistent, high-quality whiskey inside.
