We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
To return your product, you need to mail your product to: 11 Hill End Road Doonside NSW 2767.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.
SANTIS Sigel Malt is a bold and characterful Swiss single malt that highlights the innovative spirit of Säntis whisky making. Produced by Brauerei Locher in the Appenzell Alps, this expression is matured in a combination of old beer casks and wine casks, resulting in a richer, more expressive profile than the lighter Himmelberg Malt.
Sigel Malt sits beautifully between approachability and complexity, offering layered flavours that appeal to both newcomers and seasoned whisky drinkers.
Tasting Notes
???? Nose: Aromatic and expressive with notes of malted barley, dried fruit, honey, vanilla and subtle red berry tones. Light oak spice and herbal nuances add depth.
???? Palate: Full-bodied and rounded, delivering flavours of sweet malt, caramel, toasted cereal and dark fruit. Gentle spice and soft tannins from wine cask influence provide structure and balance.
???? Finish: Medium to long, warming and smooth, with lingering malt sweetness, dried fruit and a touch of peppery spice.

????️ Distilled and matured in the Swiss Alps using pristine alpine water, Sigel Malt showcases Säntis’ signature beer-cask ageing, enhanced by wine cask maturation for added complexity. Bottled at 500ml, it is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, ensuring full flavour and authenticity.
