WHAT can be returned?
SkullandBarrel handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a valid reason for return, like not as described or you have doubts on the authenticity of the bottle please notify us within 1 day of receiving your purchase. If we approve your return, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of SkullAndBarrel
WHEN do items need to be returned?
10 days after the return is approved. We will provide a return label for you. Please make sure the goods are packed properly, if damage occurs in transit because of poor packaging, the refund might be less than your purchase price.
Glenfarclas 17 Year Old The Royal Oak Dufftown Glenfarclas is considered by many to be one of the finest distilleries in Speyside. It has been in the hands of the Grant family since 1865, making it one of the oldest family-owned distillers in Scotland. Its direct-fired stills produce a heavy single malt that is almost exclusively matured in Jerez sherry casks. The distillery focuses on single malt over blends, and a cool microclimate around the distillery that means that their casks are particularly stingy to the "angels," resulting in an incredible depth of stock. Glenfarclas 17 year old specially bottled for The Royal Oak Dufftown. Nose: Complex, with distinctive butterscotch, sherried fruit and peat smoke aromas. Taste: Big, full-flavoured, with excellent balance, develops slowly, full of sherry sweet malty tones, and a touch peat smoke. Finish: Long lasting and smooth, with a hint of spice and sherry sweetness.
