WHAT can be returned?
SkullandBarrel handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a valid reason for return, like not as described or you have doubts on the authenticity of the bottle please notify us within 1 day of receiving your purchase. If we approve your return, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of SkullAndBarrel
WHEN do items need to be returned?
10 days after the return is approved. We will provide a return label for you. Please make sure the goods are packed properly, if damage occurs in transit because of poor packaging, the refund might be less than your purchase price.
Hibiki Harmony 2021 Ryusui-Hyakka Limited Edition Japanese Whisky A special limited edition of Suntory's Hibiki Japanese Harmony blended whisky, released in 2021 to celebrate the Ryusui-Hyakka: (Japanese) "One-Hundred Flowers and Flowing Water", a ceremonial design common in Japanese traditional art. Hibiki is a blend of over ten malts and grains featuring Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita all aged in five types of cask. As always with Hibiki, the bottle has 24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar. Nose: Strong notes of lychee, rosemary, and sandalwood combine with a potent oakiness. Taste: Balanced between sweet honey and candied orange peel, and subtle white chocolate. Finish: Long, delicate, and leaves with a lingering note of oak.
