WHAT can be returned?
SkullandBarrel handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a valid reason for return, like not as described or you have doubts on the authenticity of the bottle please notify us within 1 day of receiving your purchase. If we approve your return, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of SkullAndBarrel
WHEN do items need to be returned?
10 days after the return is approved. We will provide a return label for you. Please make sure the goods are packed properly, if damage occurs in transit because of poor packaging, the refund might be less than your purchase price.
Macallan A Night On Earth In Scotland (2022 Release) The Macallan was one of the first distillers in Scotland to be legally licensed. Since then, Macallan has built a reputation as one of the world’s leading single malt whiskies. The creation of The Macallan draws on the vital contributing influences of Spain, North America and Scotland - and of their respective natural raw materials, combined with traditional methods and craftsmanship. The Macallan distillery was founded by Alexander Reid, a barley farmer and school teacher. The original name of the area was “Maghellan”, taken from the Gaelic word “magh”, meaning fertile ground and “Ellan”, from the Monk St.Fillan - who held a close association with the church that stood in the grounds of The Macallan Estate until 1400. Farmers had been making whisky on their Speyside farms in the area for centuries, using their surplus barley during the quieter winter months. Telling the story of Scotland’s world-famous Hogmanay festivities celebrated annually on 31st December, A Night on Earth in Scotland captures the universal joy of celebrating the change of year. A Night on Earth in Scotland is created from a selection of The Macallan’s exceptional American and European oak sherry seasoned casks, along with American ex-bourbon barrels to deliver its rich, sweet shortbread-like character. This seasonal release is a collaboration with acclaimed Japanese-French illustrator Erica Dorn, whose artwork has featured in director Wes Anderson’s films. Nose: Vanilla, butter rich, baked apple, baking biscuits, plum and almond. Taste: Soft velvety sweetness reminiscent of shortbread with a rich mouth coating, vanilla sweetness, with lightly toasted marshmallow, dried oranges, fig and cinnamon. Finish: Medium finish with sweet butterscotch and freshly baked biscuits.
