WHAT can be returned?
SkullandBarrel handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a valid reason for return, like not as described or you have doubts on the authenticity of the bottle please notify us within 1 day of receiving your purchase. If we approve your return, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of SkullAndBarrel
WHEN do items need to be returned?
10 days after the return is approved. We will provide a return label for you. Please make sure the goods are packed properly, if damage occurs in transit because of poor packaging, the refund might be less than your purchase price.
Springbank Hazelburn 12 Year Old Oloroso 2010 Springbank distillery is located in Campbeltown, a picturesque Scottish town situated at the southern end of the Kintyre Peninsula on the glorious west coast. Hazelburn range takes its name from one of Campbeltown’s lost distilleries and was first produced at Springbank Distillery in 1997. Making full use of all three stills, this range is triple distilled and unpeated resulting in a spirit that is creamy, delicate and light. Part of the Hazelburn core range, this is a 12 Year Old bottling of Hazelburn Single Malt from the Springbank distillery. This was matured in fresh and refill Oloroso sherry casks. Distilled in September 2010 and bottled in November 2022. Nose: Fresh sherry, sticky honey sweetness, dried fruits, figs, dates, sweet strawberries, in the background something fresh like green apples, gooseberries, a bit of vanilla. Taste: Strawberry jam, very sweet and creamy, lemon cake, toffee, oak spice, dark fruits, currants and blueberries, chocolate with nuts. Finish: Medium, oak spiciness, pepper, a hint of leather, red fruit. Please note: Springbank labels are extremely prone to scuffing. We cannot guarantee these items are like new.
