Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:
To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
The request for a refund or return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm whether your refund request has been accepted or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 working daysand credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Return Shipping:
For returns due to change of mind or non-damaged products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the case of damaged or faulty products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
Our team will assess the damage and provide further instructions on returning the product for a replacement or refund.
