We offer an extensive range of 15 beef jerky flavours, each known for its tough, chewy texture that improves with each chew. Additionally, we have developed 5 distinct flavours of biltong. Returns
Original Beef Chief does not accept returns for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return you must return the unopened product to us. Generally, the most cost-effective method is to purchase a small prepaid satchel. As soon as the parcel is received your refund will be processed. You will receive a full refund for your entire order, less anything you've opened. We do not refund shipping costs.
Our policy term is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Ragin Cajun
Our line up of 4 lip ticklers starts at the mildest with Ragin Cajun. Our TASTIEST flavor (If you ask The Chief anyway). This Cajun tastes so good because it hits all the flavor elements just right. Nice smokiness from paprika. A hot hit from Cayenne chilli. The subtle sweetness of capsicum. Light garlic sprinkled throughout.
Loaded Gunpowder
This steps up with a nice kick in the pants brought on by the peppery burn from our unique Loaded Gunpowder. Salty and Peppery, covered with activated charcoal that’s been COLD smoked over AUSTRALIAN REDGUM. You'll taste the timber in this one. We've had it compared to a competition Texan style brisket. AUSTRALIAS BEST BEER DRINKING JERKY.
Chilli Lime
Pull out a piece of our jerky and take a bite - first you'll experience the tart tanginess of the lime, enough to make your tastebuds tingle in anticipation of what's to come. Then the chilli kicks in with a good burn that lingers, adding an extra level of flavour you didn't know you were missing. We rate its heat at 4/10 but honestly everyone has their own experience! On top of all that, the texture is great for chewin' and the colour is totally unique - you won't find anything like it this side of Australia.

Chargrilled Chilli BBQ
Chilli BBQ will leave your face sweating while tasting damn good. There is an instant heat hit from the dusting we give each piece of our chilli blend that let you know what’s up. The more you chew, all those barbecue flavors get released and then you get to know why its so popular. As that Smokey BBQ goodness comes alive, the chilli hiding deep in the meat fibres gets released and you experience why we brought these 3 stunning secret blend of chillies together. A great mix of flavour and spice.

The Chief's jerky comes from grass fed Australian cattle. His marinades are all hand made. That PREMIUM beef sits in that flavorful goodness until it cant absorb any more flavor. We slow dry our jerky until it's tough and chewy - so you get a jerky that tastes better with every chew.
There are no shortcuts here. That's why this will be the best jerky you have ever tasted.
