A marriage of 30% American Oak ex-bourbon casks and 70% American Oak Cabernet casks from South Australia’s Clare Valley wine region, renowned for bold, elegant Cabernet to rival the best in the world.
These casks have been shaved, toasted and re-charred. Vanilla fudge, lemon drizzle cake, candied orange-peel before a harmonious balance on the palate reveals stewed plums with cinnamon, fig jam, praline, cream-butter pastry and vanilla custard.
