Bourbon

Bourbon is a spirit that has been distilled in the US since the 18th century. It is made from at least 51% corn, with the remainder coming from either wheat or rye. However, over time whiskey distilleries in Ireland and Scotland have begun to produce their own versions of bourbon as well. Though there are many types of bourbon whiskies out there. Read our article about the differences between bourbon and whisky to understand in more depth about these two types of popular drinks.

Some say that the best way to enjoy this amber-brown liquor is with a little water to cut down on the alcohol content. Often, Bourbon is best paired with fruit juice, sweetened tea mixes, or iced tea.

Knob Creek 18 Year Old Small Batch Knob Creek 18 Year Old Small Batch is a Limited Edition release, celebrating the 30 th Anniversary of Knob Creek and it is the oldest Knob Creek’s release to date. Aged twice as long as Knob Creek’s flagship bourbon, the18 Year Old owes its rich copper colour and deep notes of caramelized oak to its extensive aging in the Kentucky rack houses of the distillery. Nose: Rich copper tones with auburn hues. Taste: Full-bodied with notes of caramelized oak and hints of sweet vanilla and baking spices.
