WHAT can be returned?
SkullandBarrel handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a valid reason for return, like not as described or you have doubts on the authenticity of the bottle please notify us within 1 day of receiving your purchase. If we approve your return, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of SkullAndBarrel
WHEN do items need to be returned?
10 days after the return is approved. We will provide a return label for you. Please make sure the goods are packed properly, if damage occurs in transit because of poor packaging, the refund might be less than your purchase price.
Talisker 10 Years Old Isle of Skye Single Malt Whisky It all began when two brothers, Hugh and Kenneth MacAskill, moved to the Isle of Skye in 1827 and acquired the lease of a farm on the west coast called the Talisker House. In 1830, the brothers opened the Talisker Distillery at the village of Carbost on the shore of Loch Harport. At the time, whisky-making was for the most part a side business operated by farms; the Isle had seven licensed distilleries and dozens of unlicensed distilleries. Today, Talisker is the only distillery on the Isle of Skye. Talisker’s ever-popular 10 year old, introduced in 1988 is still a staple of the core-range in spite of the increasing non-age statement output from the distillery. This label was designed after 2021 when the first single malt release from Torabhaig necessitated a label change to update "only distillery" on Skye, to "oldest distillery". Aged for a minimum of 10 years in American oak casks, this welcome member of Diageo's Classic Malts series has been recognised numerous times for its excellence. Nose: Sweet peat smoke, oranges, something dusty, red apples, oysters and smoked fish. Taste: Smoky oranges, pepper, salt, lemon, red apples and oysters. Finish: Medium, herbs with orange and lemon.
