From the creators of the famous Bourbon Pursuit Podcast

The Pursuit United Story: This pursuit is an adventure in seeking bold flavors. As whiskey enthusiasts, we hunt for hidden gems waiting to be discovered. The selected barrels of high rye and wheated bourbons were united to create an uncommon whiskey that has both spicy and fruity characteristics. A blend of mash bills to deliver a standout whiskey experience. Enjoy this pursuit.

We harmoniously unite the best characteristics from multiple bourbons, regardless of mashbill, distillery, and location to develop a one-of-a-kind flavor profile that breaks free from tradition and starts a new adventure. This four grain expression uses rye and wheated bourbons to create an uncommon whiskey.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Aromas of hazelnut, honeycomb, mulling spices, and fresh toasted oak.

Taste: Initial wave of brown sugar and honey that transitions into a malted chocolate ball and bright citrus tea.

Finish: A warm and gradual progression of a spicy orange marmalade.

"At 108 proof, the bourbon is satisfyingly robust, and with components originating from Kentucky, Tennessee, and New York, quite complex." - Nick Beiter, Breaking Bourbon (Well Above Average)

"The nose is full and rich, and the taste full bodied. I would say that this was a successful pursuit. Pursuit United Bourbon does deliver the bold flavors as promised, and I am quite impressed with the flavor of this first blending attempt by Kenny & Ryan. I am assuming they had a little help, but either way, its a very enjoyable bourbon." - Gus, Bourbon Obsessed

"Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of maple syrup and butterscotch, waffle cone, vanilla, and mint chocolate, clove studded toasted orange peel, and citronella with a glycerous, tangy, dry medium-to-full body and a warming, elegant, long finish with notes of honey and butter on a warm croissant, cracker jacks, pralines, brown sugar, cinnamon, and and black pepper belgian waffle. Young and a bit hot yet very tasty and complex; great to sip now and curious to see how this distillate will develop with more time in barrel." - Tastings.com (93 Points)

"Pursuit United fulfills its promise of brining bold flavors to the blended and sourced whiskey game, though the heavy chocolate notes throughout mean it may not be a winner for some picky bourbon aficionados." - David Tao, Drinkhacker (95 Points)

"Comprised of rye and wheated bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee, and New York. Strawberry jam, wood varnish, buttered pecan, graham crackers, and lemon icing on the nose. Wood spice and a creamy texture anchor the palate, with notes of bitter chocolate, black pepper, cinnamon stick, and sweet wheat. The finish is mouth-coating with baking spice, balanced earth, and big dense flavors. The wood is pronounced here, but complexity shines through." - Ted Simmons, Whisky Advocate (91 Points)
