WHAT can be returned?
SkullandBarrel handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a valid reason for return, like not as described or you have doubts on the authenticity of the bottle please notify us within 1 day of receiving your purchase. If we approve your return, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of SkullAndBarrel
WHEN do items need to be returned?
10 days after the return is approved. We will provide a return label for you. Please make sure the goods are packed properly, if damage occurs in transit because of poor packaging, the refund might be less than your purchase price.

Since then, Macallan has built a reputation as one of the world’s leading single malt whiskies. The creation of The Macallan draws on the vital contributing influences of Spain, North America and Scotland - and of their respective natural raw materials, combined with traditional methods and craftsmanship. The Macallan distillery was founded by Alexander Reid, a barley farmer and school teacher. The original name of the area was “Maghellan”, taken from the Gaelic word “magh”, meaning fertile ground and “Ellan”, from the Monk St.Fillan - who held a close association with the church that stood in the grounds of The Macallan Estate until 1400. Farmers had been making whisky on their Speyside farms in the area for centuries, using their surplus barley during the quieter winter months. The first in a series from the famous Speysider which is titled the Home Collection. The Macallan Home Collection, The Distillery celebrates time-honoured traditions and community spirit – both encapsulated at The Macallan Distillery and around the world. Inspired by the natural beauty of The Macallan's 485-acre Estate, artist and The Macallan employee Colin Rizza has beautifully depicted the Distillery in watercolour. Colin and his family have deep ties to the Distillery, having worked here for over three decades. The delicate, complex nose, sweet spice and gently mellowing palate and rich, medium finish are waiting to welcome you into our home in the heart of Speyside, Scotland. Nose: Butterscotch, figs, dates, almond, polished oak, milk chocolate and a gentle floral note. Taste: Butterscotch, oak spice, then ginger and vanilla. Finish: Medium finish with ginger and oak.
