We ship with Australia Post using their dedicated wine post service. All parcels are trackable and in most cases arrive in 2-3 days for east coast metro areas.
All orders will need to be signed for by someone over the age of 18 and can not be left unattended.
If no one is home your order will be sent to the nearest post office for collection.

From the Distillery
In 1940 a very special bottle of barrel-aged bourbon was brought on a wild turkey hunt. The name stuck and still signifies exceptional, aged bourbon today.
Master Distiller Eddie Russell honours this tradition by ageing our bourbon longer - from five up to eight years - in number four 'alligator char' American oak barrels.
About the Distillery
Wild Turkey Kentucky Straight Bourbon - 81 proof uses Wild Turkey’s famous high-rye mash for a spicy kick that lasts and lasts. Hand-selected American oak barrels from the Ozark Mountains receive an “alligator char” before being filled at the distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
Wild Turkey (81) is the only bourbon in the category to use this expensive, deep char (also called a “#4 char”), resulting in extreme vanilla and caramel flavours that are hallmarks of a Wild Turkey Bourbon.
The filled barrels are placed in wood-rack warehouses that use no heaters or air conditioners, unlike others in the category. Wild Turkey 81 is a masterful blend composed primarily of five to eight-year-old whiskies, making it the longest-aged bourbon or Tennessee whiskey in its class.
The result is a whiskey with a deep, rich amber colour, and a nose full of fruit, butterscotch, toffee and toasted oak. On the tongue, you discover cigar-box sweetness, caramel, vanilla and pear, with a long finish of rich spice notes and hints of toast.
