It is sister to award-winning Rare Breed Bourbon and the first permanent super-premium rye in the Wild Turkey family.
Tasting Notes:
Taste: Sweet caramel and fruit at the start that gives way to a complex flavor of wood and rye spices.
Aroma: Starts sweet with caramel apple up front, followed by rich and complex layers of honey, vanilla, rye grain spice, and charred oak underneath.
Finish: Smooth and drawn-out, where lingering spice flavors mingle with dried fruit and a pleasant fading warmth.
Process: 112.2 Barrel-proof, non-chill filtered blend of 4-, 6-, and 8-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye.
