WHAT can be returned?
SkullandBarrel handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a valid reason for return, like not as described or you have doubts on the authenticity of the bottle please notify us within 1 day of receiving your purchase. If we approve your return, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of SkullAndBarrel
WHEN do items need to be returned?
10 days after the return is approved. We will provide a return label for you. Please make sure the goods are packed properly, if damage occurs in transit because of poor packaging, the refund might be less than your purchase price.
Woodford Reserve Batch Proof 2021 Release Master’s Collection Part of the Master’s Collection, this is the 2021 release, with the highest ABV Batch proof (128.3 Proof) release since its inception in 2018. Batch Proof is a celebration of Woodford Reserve’s proprietary process: blending barrels into a batch and then bottling the whiskey at its actual proof, straight from the barrel. Batch Proof is crafted using the same grain bill and process as Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Batch Proof, however, takes Woodford Reserve’s trademark flavour range of sweet vanilla and toasted oak to a whole new level offering consumers the privilege of tasting Woodford Reserve in its purest form (and not the standard 90.4 for which Woodford is known). Nose: Anise, toffee, glue, fennel, cinnamon, wood spices, caramel, intense, flower power. Taste: Red fruits, powerful, red pepper, glue, wood spices, walnuts, tea, leather. Finish: Dark wood, oak spices, musk, caramel, coffee, long and intense.
