Uisuki was founded through a deep love for and an invested interest in fine spirits, particularly that of whisky. We found our roots in 2013, originally trading as a whisky distributor exclusive to Japanese malts and Japanese spirits more broadly – including sake and gin. With connections to 18 of the 20 most popular active distilleries in Japan at the time, it wasn’t long before we expanded our reach.
Over the last decade, we have been working tirelessly to bring you the best malts from all across the world. From the highlands of Scotland to the valleys of Tasmania, and the Bluegrass country of America, we’ve sourced every bottle worth knowing about, so you too can enjoy the best of the best.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us via your Cellars Market account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Delivery charges for returns due to change of mind will be paid by the customer.
Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.
The first whisky in our vintage Harvest series, which heeds our ethos of working with local producers who focus on sustainability and understand the impact of their growing, harvesting and processing methods, it showcases rye that was dry grown without irrigation and then semi-fermented and malted three ways with fermentation finished using a saison yeast strain. All of which had a big impact on flavour - lending lifted aromatics of wildflowers, mandarin, yuzu and berries to the finished product, characteristics inherent to this particular paddock, year and climate.
