Returns
We have a strict 14-day return policy. We will not accept the return of any items 14 days after the day of purchase. Items being returned must also be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as the item was when received by you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned product. Where refunds are provided, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, damaged, or not complete, in any way. However, we may provide a full refund if the change in condition or damage is a result of our error – strictly at our own discretion. We will also consider refunds if the delivery of your order was delayed due to our error.
Refunds and Late or Missing Refunds
You will receive an email notification from us when we have received and assessed the condition of your returned item. All approved refunds will be processed via the original method of order and make take a number of days to be applied. If you have not yet received your approved refund, please first contact your financial institution in the first instance. Please note that processing times may vary from bank to bank.
Ballantine’s 17 Year is a blended Scotch Whisky comprised of malt and grain whiskies from various distilleries. Ballantines ‘ Scotch Whisky was named Whisky of the Year in 2011 by Jim Murray, the world’s most respected whisky expert in the latest edition of his Whisky Bible.
Ballantines 17 Year Old is quite a magnificent whisky that shows a deep, golden color. The nose offers sweet scents blended with cocoa and vanilla oak. Wonderfully mouth-filling and quite spicy. The palate is pristinely clean with sweet, smooth, velvlet-like textures. In the top echelon of blended whisky.
The longer maturation of Ballantine’s 17-Year-Old gives an extra depth of flavor and character to the blend. Characterized by a subtle smokiness, it has a fruity, velvety texture from the fresh fruit.
