About Us

Uisuki was founded through a deep love for and an invested interest in fine spirits, particularly that of whisky. We found our roots in 2013, originally trading as a whisky distributor exclusive to Japanese malts and Japanese spirits more broadly – including sake and gin. With connections to 18 of the 20 most popular active distilleries in Japan at the time, it wasn’t long before we expanded our reach.

Over the last decade, we have been working tirelessly to bring you the best malts from all across the world. From the highlands of Scotland to the valleys of Tasmania, and the Bluegrass country of America, we’ve sourced every bottle worth knowing about, so you too can enjoy the best of the best.

Bunnahabhain Fèis Ìle 2023: 1998 Manzanilla Cask Finish is a richly layered single malt that marries the distillery’s coastal character with the bright, dry elegance of Manzanilla sherry. Expect a beautifully balanced profile—salt-kissed maritime notes, toasted nuts, and honeyed malt, lifted by zesty citrus and a delicate, chamomile-like freshness from the cask finish. The palate builds with depth and complexity, finishing long and refined with a gentle saline snap. A festival release that feels both distinctive and timeless, perfect for fans of nuanced sherry influence without heavy sweetness.
