The judges at the IWSC described it as a “Bright lemony colour with an opaque appearance. Cracking nose, bursting with juicy Sicilian lemon aromas which follow through in the mouth, vibrant acidity, slight pithy bitterness, and succulent lemon flavours, with very good distillate. A very serious product, beautifully made.”
Best served straight from the freezer and poured into a glass with crushed ice, as an ingredient to Cocktails or simply poured over ice cream. Certified Kosher under Kosher Australia
