The judges at the BTI 2010 recently described it as a “Cloudy dull yellow colour. Bright passion fruit and sweet meringue aromas with a supple, lightly tannic sweet medium-to-full body with a tangy, peppery passion fruit jam finish. Nice intensity and purity that will shine in cocktails..”
