Returns
We have a strict 14-day return policy. We will not accept the return of any items 14 days after the day of purchase. Items being returned must also be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as the item was when received by you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned product. Where refunds are provided, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, damaged, or not complete, in any way. However, we may provide a full refund if the change in condition or damage is a result of our error – strictly at our own discretion. We will also consider refunds if the delivery of your order was delayed due to our error.
Refunds and Late or Missing Refunds
You will receive an email notification from us when we have received and assessed the condition of your returned item. All approved refunds will be processed via the original method of order and make take a number of days to be applied. If you have not yet received your approved refund, please first contact your financial institution in the first instance. Please note that processing times may vary from bank to bank.

This evocative design is derived from John Alexander’s expressive paintings. His 1988 oil on canvas painting “Dancing on the Waterlilies of Life” can be found at the Dallas Museum of Art and is celebrated in this exquisite artist’s bottle.
John Alexander is one of the founders of Crystal Head Vodka and the designer of the iconic skull bottle. His work has been widely exhibited at institutions such as the Corcoran Gallery of Art and the Smithsonian American Art Museum, both in Washington, D.C., and the Museum of Fine Arts, in Houston. His work is proudly owned by numerous celebrities and musicians around the world.
