Returns
We have a strict 14-day return policy. We will not accept the return of any items 14 days after the day of purchase. Items being returned must also be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as the item was when received by you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned product. Where refunds are provided, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, damaged, or not complete, in any way. However, we may provide a full refund if the change in condition or damage is a result of our error – strictly at our own discretion. We will also consider refunds if the delivery of your order was delayed due to our error.
Refunds and Late or Missing Refunds
You will receive an email notification from us when we have received and assessed the condition of your returned item. All approved refunds will be processed via the original method of order and make take a number of days to be applied. If you have not yet received your approved refund, please first contact your financial institution in the first instance. Please note that processing times may vary from bank to bank.

Founded in 1846 by John Dewar, John Dewar & Sons Ltd grew from a small wine and spirits merchant shop in Perth, Scotland, to become a global brand.
Thomas ‘Tommy’ Dewar joined the business in 1884, and Dewar’s was quickly expanded, starting with a serious introduction to the London market.
Dewar’s was introduced to the American market in style, for in 1891, their whisky was delivered to the White House when Andrew Carnegie ordered a keg for President Benjamin Harrison.
The President was later criticized for not supporting American products. The American subsequent demand was impressive.
Dewar’s received a Royal Warrant from Queen Victoria in 1893. Dewar has received a Royal Warrant from every British monarch since.
The regal involvement continued, for in 1902, Tommy Dewar was knighted by King Edward VI.
.John Dewar was so proud of the quality of his blended Scotches, that he was one of the first Scotch blenders to put his name on a bottle as a guarantee of quality.
It was John Dewar’s dynamic sons, John Alexander and Tommy, who made DEWAR’S an international success.
A true inspiration, the brothers founded Aberfeldy Distillery in 1898, the physical and spiritual home of DEWAR’S, to create the heart single malt for all the DEWAR’S blends.
DEWAR’S, Created to be a sweeter, lighter Blended Scotch Whisky, this was the first whisky created by Stephanie Macleod.
