FATS HOLLA and SKINNY GERVANTI were in a conundrum. From experience, they knew that Pinot Grigio was best made from grapes grown in cooler climates. The variety relishes the higher elevations, and so they sidled up to their vinous mates in the Hills and secured a parcel of the best Pinot Grigio grapes.
Their wine reflects these cooler climes, with delightful natural acidity highlighting the fruit purity. It’s a wine to simply enjoy as they do; on a well-worn sofa on the verandah watching the world go by.
