Returns
We have a strict 14-day return policy. We will not accept the return of any items 14 days after the day of purchase. Items being returned must also be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as the item was when received by you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned product. Where refunds are provided, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, damaged, or not complete, in any way. However, we may provide a full refund if the change in condition or damage is a result of our error – strictly at our own discretion. We will also consider refunds if the delivery of your order was delayed due to our error.
Refunds and Late or Missing Refunds
You will receive an email notification from us when we have received and assessed the condition of your returned item. All approved refunds will be processed via the original method of order and make take a number of days to be applied. If you have not yet received your approved refund, please first contact your financial institution in the first instance. Please note that processing times may vary from bank to bank.
Kavalan Solist Port Cask was named the Best Whisky of 2021 by Spirits Lover Magazine. Kavalan Distillery has been pioneering the art of single malt whisky in Yilan County, Taiwan since 2005. Kavalan sources the mineral-rich meltwaters of Snow Mountain and is aged in a unique combination of intense heat and humidity together with sea and mountain breezes. Kavalan Solist Port Cask is fully matured in Portuguese Port barriques under the subtropical climate. In the ancient Yi-Lan county in the northeast, where the venture is located, Kavalan is Taiwan’s only distillery at present.
Their flavor profiles range from traditional Speyside to more robust expressions reminiscent of many recent Australian efforts in fruit flavors such as plum, blueberry, blackberry, and strawberry, just to name a few, with chocolate as the main background note.
Kavalan Solist Port Cask has won numerous international awards, including Gold (Outstanding) at the IWSC in 2016.
