I simply love Macquariedale. They practice what they preach regarding organic and sustainability, and the wines are fantastic. Chardonnay was my favourite, but the new Riesling is yummy. As for the reds, the Hunter Shiraz has always been a winner, and the new Cab Sav is really, really good.
