Bourbon

Bourbon is a spirit that has been distilled in the US since the 18th century. It is made from at least 51% corn, with the remainder coming from either wheat or rye. However, over time whiskey distilleries in Ireland and Scotland have begun to produce their own versions of bourbon as well. Though there are many types of bourbon whiskies out there.
