Returns
We have a strict 14-day return policy. We will not accept the return of any items 14 days after the day of purchase. Items being returned must also be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as the item was when received by you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned product. Where refunds are provided, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, damaged, or not complete, in any way. However, we may provide a full refund if the change in condition or damage is a result of our error – strictly at our own discretion. We will also consider refunds if the delivery of your order was delayed due to our error.
Refunds and Late or Missing Refunds
You will receive an email notification from us when we have received and assessed the condition of your returned item. All approved refunds will be processed via the original method of order and make take a number of days to be applied. If you have not yet received your approved refund, please first contact your financial institution in the first instance. Please note that processing times may vary from bank to bank.
The 2021 Edition of The Dalmore started its maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being transferred to exceptionally rare 30 Year Old Tawny Port Pipes from Graham’s Port. This unique aging process combines the influence of American white oak with the rich characteristics of the aged Tawny Port Pipes. The result is a masterful whisky that not only reflects The Dalmore's distinctive house style but also showcases stunning depth and a prolonged, gripping finish.
This release is a testament to the longstanding partnership between The Dalmore and Graham’s, providing The Dalmore's skilled whisky makers with access to some of the rarest casks available.
