Returns
We have a strict 14-day return policy. We will not accept the return of any items 14 days after the day of purchase. Items being returned must also be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as the item was when received by you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned product. Where refunds are provided, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, damaged, or not complete, in any way. However, we may provide a full refund if the change in condition or damage is a result of our error – strictly at our own discretion. We will also consider refunds if the delivery of your order was delayed due to our error.
Refunds and Late or Missing Refunds
You will receive an email notification from us when we have received and assessed the condition of your returned item. All approved refunds will be processed via the original method of order and make take a number of days to be applied. If you have not yet received your approved refund, please first contact your financial institution in the first instance. Please note that processing times may vary from bank to bank.
Johnny Neill’s first creation is The Whitley Neill London Dry Gin, a classic dry gin but not as you know it, softer and much smoother than traditional Gins, with rich juniper notes, citrus, and exotic botanicals Baobab fruit, and Cape gooseberry.
Johnny distilled the tart Baobab fruit pulp to release a distinctive citrus flavor, quite unlike any other. Followed by the Physalis Peruviana or Cape gooseberry as it’s known in South Africa. These flavorsome bitter-sweet berries added a whole new dimension to the aroma.
The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to our smooth gin base whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.

The City of London Distillery has been producing award-winning gins for a decade, with 65 medals won across the range of Gins, including 4 Double Golds & 5 Golds at IWSC and 6 Golds at SFWSC, and 3 Spirits Business Gin Masters.
