Returns
We have a strict 14-day return policy. We will not accept the return of any items 14 days after the day of purchase. Items being returned must also be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as the item was when received by you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned product. Where refunds are provided, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, damaged, or not complete, in any way. However, we may provide a full refund if the change in condition or damage is a result of our error – strictly at our own discretion. We will also consider refunds if the delivery of your order was delayed due to our error.
Refunds and Late or Missing Refunds
You will receive an email notification from us when we have received and assessed the condition of your returned item. All approved refunds will be processed via the original method of order and make take a number of days to be applied. If you have not yet received your approved refund, please first contact your financial institution in the first instance. Please note that processing times may vary from bank to bank.
Yamazaki was born of a Japanese single malt whisky’s incredible, delicate, yet profound experience. Known as “the pioneer of Japanese whisky,” Yamazaki is Japan’s first and oldest distillery. Yamazaki Distillery is thus the birthplace of Japanese whisky. Nestled proudly on the periphery of Kyoto, this region was formerly referred to as “Minaseno”, where one of the purest waters of Japan originates. Yamazaki 12-Year-Old offers a characteristically refined Japanese taste, distinguished by an aroma of ripened fruit and a sweet vanilla fragrance thanks to malt whiskies matured in white oak casks. Hidden flavors from the whiskies aged in sherry and mizunara casks produce layer after layer of flavor, so the taste never grows tiresome.
Nose: Strawberry, cherry, Mizunara (Japanese oak)
Palate: Raspberry, white peach, a touch of coconut
Finish: Sweet vanilla, clear finish with a hint of cinnamon.
