Gravity is the natural force of attraction between all matter in the universe, controlling planetary movements, ocean tides, and even our own weight. Einstein proposed that gravity is in fact a curvature caused by massive objects in the space-time continuum. The gravitational force increases when the distance between objects is reduced. This explains the resultant force when The Zythologist and Burnley come together: a densely rich beer with gravitational waves of biscuit, vanilla, chocolate, coconut, and whisky. HOW IT'S MADE?
Made to imitate the complex character that gradually develops with extended aging of beers in barrels, we used an analytically-derived selection of 9 different specialty malts, 3 kinds of sugars, and distinct adjuncts to obtain a similar complexity but in a much shorter period. Cacao nibs, vanilla and lightly-toasted coconut were added to complement the rich malt profile. To top it off we added the award-winning Red Gum Single Malt Whisky from Mountain Distilling to create this unmistakably rich and decadent Imperial Pastry Stout.
