Abelé 1757 Brut NV is a refined, creamy Champagne that delivers freshness, lift, and confident structure in equal measure. Aged for three years on lees prior to disgorgement, this polished non-vintage cuvée is composed of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 25% Pinot Meunier, creating an elegant, expressive style with both finesse and depth.

Awarded 91 points by Wine Spectator, Abelé 1757 Brut NV has built strong recognition in Australia, distinguishing itself in the highly competitive NV Champagne segment. Maison Abelé, among the oldest Champagne houses, matures this wine in approximately two kilometres of historic underground chalk cellars beneath Reims, a constant, cool environment that supports purity, consistency, and a finely integrated mousse.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale gold with subtle green highlights; ultra-fine bubbles and a persistent, delicate bead.
Aroma: Floral tones of hawthorn and acacia blossom, layered with ripe peach and apricot, plus a hint of brioche.
Palate: Round, bright, and well-shaped, with toasted nuances, honey and gentle spice (cinnamon), finishing generous, creamy, and long.
