Andeluna Pasionado Cabernet Franc 2019 is a premium Argentine red wine that captures the purity, altitude and character of Gualtallary in Tupungato, Mendoza. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown at 1,300 metres in the Uco Valley, this high-altitude red is hand-harvested at dawn, cold macerated, fermented with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel, matured for 12 months in used French oak barrels, then rested for a further 8 months in bottle before release. The result is a serious, cellar-worthy Cabernet Franc with precision, freshness and depth.
In the glass, it shows an intense red colour with Bordeaux tints and opens with lifted, unmistakably varietal aromatics.
