Andeluna Pasionado Malbec 2019 is a premium Argentine Malbec that captures the purity, altitude and identity of Gualtallary in Tupungato, Mendoza. Made from 100% Malbec grown at 1,300 metres in the Uco Valley, this high-altitude red is hand-harvested at dawn in April at full polyphenolic ripeness, manually sorted, cold macerated before fermentation, then matured for 12 months in French oak barrels with 50% new oak, 25% first-use oak and 25% second-use oak, followed by a further 8 months in bottle before release.
